Terms and Conditions:

  • In the event of a product being unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a like-for-like alternative. Contact will be made via phone or email where available in advance of processing your order. This ensures minimal delay of delivery for the customer.
  • Elite Vapes reserve the right to cancel/refund any and all orders received without notice. Full refunds are given, where applicable.
  • There is a no-return policy on all items on sale or given FREE of charge.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any disposable vapes where the packaging seal is not intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Your receipt is your warranty and proof of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep this safe should you need to activate your warranty. Warranty does NOT cover damage caused by misuse or lost items. Warranty cover applies where a kit is not working as is intended.
  • No receipt, no returns. Your receipt will be required at all times for returns and exchanges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund
  • If returning an item via post we recommend you send it via registered/tracked and insured delivery so your item returns to us safely.
  • Warranty does NOT extend to coils, pods and disposable items.
  • Our warranty is 30 days from the date of purchase (electronic hardware only, accessories not included). Damaged items do not fall under your warranty.
  • You may exchange unused items in their original, unopened and undamaged condition for up to 14 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • In the rare event that you require your kit/battery to be tested for faults, please be advised there is a lead time of 1 hour to ensure all checks are completed. Your contact details will be taken and we will advise you approx. 15mins before your kit is ready for collection.
  • Some devices may come with a manufacturer warranty. If the customer wishes to use a manufacturer warranty when our warranty ends, please read the instructions in the information pack with your chosen device on how to contact the manufacturer. We do not do this on your behalf.

REFUNDS:

  • On the rare occasion you need to apply for a refund please be advised it may take approximately 3 weeks not including public holidays and weekends to have funds returned to you. This will depend on your own bank and method of payment you use being debit or credit card. This time line is not set by us, the card payment provider we use is responsible for all fund transfers. We have no access to this payment system, online purchases can only be refunded through the online portal.
  • Abuse, aggression, rudeness, use of foul or inappropriate language, harassment, sexism, racism, or any inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and will result in you being asked to leave the store immediately. This is to protect the safety of staff and customers on store grounds and includes all methods of communication. Failure to comply will result in contacting An Garda Siochana (Police).
  • Management reserve the right to refuse entry.

  • Elite Vapes is strictly an adult-only retailer.
  • If we suspect you are under 18 we will require you to provide age verification via your passport, age card, or driving licence only.
  • Digital I.D. or screenshots of any I.D. will NOT be accepted due to forgery / use of photoshop.
  • Elite Vapes reserve the right to cancel your order without notice at any time.

FAQ

Device Care

  • Please use accessories that come with your vape, never use fast charging plugs with standard usb mini charging ports.
  • For external batteries (18650/21700 etc) it is recommended to use an external charger (sold in store).
  • With your device powered off ensure your coil is installed correctly and all packaging and stickers are removed from the vape and base of coil. Then fill your pod or tank to the maximum level.
  • After filling, leave your device off for approx 10 minutes to allow your new coil to absorb the e-liquid leaving no dry cotton.
  • Vaping before you allow the cotton to soak fully will result in a burnt/damaged coil.
  • Turn on your vape as recommended in your vape kits handbook usually 3 or 5 clicks of the power button in quick succession.
  • Always power your vape off when it is not being used or being stored in a pocket or bag.
  • Always keep at least 10% (or as recommended in your vape handbook) of e-liquid in your tank/pod at all times. Allowing your vape tank/pod to dry out will result in coil damage.
  • Mouth-to-lung (MTL) coils are designed for tight airflow, low power output and higher nicotine strengths which are typically a 50pg/50vg consistency liquid. MTL closely recreates the experience of a cigarette. If your device features variable airflow, try the tighter draw settings at first and then adjust the airflow to find your preferred draw.
  • Direct-to-lung (DTL) coils are designed for open airflow, higher power and lower nicotine strengths, which are typically a 70pg/30vg consistency liquid. DTL vaping can produce a large volume of vapour and intense flavour. If your device features variable airflow, try a more open draw for the best DTL experience.
